Any client downloading illegal stuff can be tracked down very easily if the
authorities want to do so. Enabling port forwarding will not increase or
decrease the probablity of being tracked down. But as a matter of fact, they
dont do nothing much more than sending your ISP a long mail regaring you downloading the stuff... the ISP will forward the same to you. If a second message is recieved, there will be some problems like ISP blocking you or something.
