i can work with youre dll local but on production server i get

Exception off HRESULT: 0x8007007E

i installed local ImageMagick-6.3.6-1-Q16-windows-dll.exe
in C:\Program Files\ImageMagick-6.3.6-Q16

I also installed this on server in the same folder.
do i have to do a iisreset or anything?
