Change Name of Device for ActiveSync

This is how to change the name of your device like you see it in ActiveSync:

Open your registry editor and change this key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>Ident
Select 'Values'
Select 'Name'
and change the Value Data to the new name for your phone (no spaces)
