What are the severity and priority levels in Rational Clear Quest.

I have seen the Priority Levels defined as:
1 - High, 2 - Medium, 3 - Low. The priority level is normally determined by the end-user's need for the fix.
I have seen the Severity Levels defined as:
1 - Critical, 2 - Serious, 3 - Moderate, 4 - Minor, 5 - Cosmetic. The severity level is normally determined by the impact the defect has on the end-user process. "
