Flapjax is a JavaScript library that can be used to simplify DOM manipulation and event-driven GUI programming.But it is much more than just a JavaScript library (otherwise, we wouldn't care about it in a compilers/programming languages class!). Flapjax also has a mode where you use the Flapjax language which looks remarkably like JavaScript. Flapjax has a built-in compiler and can thus greatly simplify writing event-driven code.
