I had an XP & knew how to save e-mail messages on a disk. On Vista, I can't figure it out & all my folders are bogging down my pc. I am not computer savvy as you all are so I'd appreciate some help. I have gone through Roxio over & over & every time I try to drag & drop my e-mails the Roxio thing goes away. I can't get this to work. Can anyone help me? Thanks. Carol
