DOT NET Framework 3.5 SP1

Hello, I have a deployment project in VS2008 that has the .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 as a prerequisite. This works fine except that the installation of the .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 asks if you want to run/download this file after you answer yes to the license agreement, and forces a reboot of the computer. Is there a way to suppress both the reboot of the computer and the prompt to run/download the file and simply show the license agreement?
