tested (in lab) rolling back time on pdce by 3 mins

I used W32tm /stripchart to monitor what would happen. I hoped that the other DCs would roll back their times gradually but the time client instantly rolled back its time when it next synced. I would assume this will then happen on member servers running SQL, oracle etc. Therefore, would it cause problems with timestamping of transaction logs etc...

When/if this work is done, i will point the pdce to our external time source
