You will need to have a look at the firewall posts at both ends as well as your machine. Also I would suggest looking at the Router support groups. Remote Desktop Port : 3389 this port need to open at router side


1) Open Internet Explorer, and enter the URL

http://ipaddressort/tsweb/.
For example, if your IP address is 192.168.1.120, and you chose the TCP Port 3389, you would enter the URL http://192.168.1.120:3389/tsweb/.
