I have a basic Yahoo Mail account that I occasionally use and I just scoured it to see if I could find the ability to have an email that I sent to someone automatically forwarded to another email address. As far as I can tell (and I spent some time on this) that functionality does not exist in Yahoo Mail (the free, basic edition.) There is a paid service called Yahoo Mail Plus (which I do not have) that claims to offer automatic email forwarding and it is possible that this is what is being used by your network admin to get emails. But, I find this to be unlikely because the network admin would have had to have access to your personal email account to set this up. Do you pay for Yahoo Mail Plus?
