i think every one studied about this in colleage subjects, ok no problem, i'll tell you whatever i know about buses.

Bus means:
In computer architecture, a bus is a subsystem that transfers data or power between computer components inside a computer or between computers, and a bus typically is controlled by device driver software.

Bus Types:
  • CPU bus or 'system' bus.
  • An address bus
  • Memory bus
  • I/O or Expansion Bus
    • ISA Bus
    • PCI Bus
    • Micro Channel Bus
    • EISA Bus
  • External Buses (Can have external cables connecting devices)
    • SCSI Bus
    • PC Card Bus
    • USB Bus
