Add two numbers without using addition operator

The following program will add two numbers without addtion operator

void main()
{
 int a,b,c;
 printf("Enter A value=");
 scanf("%d",&a);
 printf("Enter B value=");
 scanf("%d",&b);
 c=a-(-b);
 printf("Addition of A & B is =%d",c);
}

Enter A value=10
Enter B value=30
