Coldfusion Studio Keyboard Shortcuts

1.html string formatting shortcuts.

ctrl-b bold

shift-ctrl-b Creates a break '<br>' tag but stays on the same line

ctrl-enter Creates a break '<br>' tag and on to the next line

shift-ctrl-c Creates a center tag (div)

ctrl-y deletes the current line

shift-ctrl-; indent

ctrl-i Makes the selected text italic

shift-ctrl-p Creates a paragraph ( )

ctrl-u Underlines the selected text.()

shift-ctrl-m Creates a html comment

ctrl-shift-space non breaking space ( )

2.File operation shortcuts

ctrl-s saves the current document

ctrl-shift-s save as

ctrl-w close current template

ctrl-shift-w close all templates

ctrl-n creates a new document

ctrl-o open a new document

ctrl-tab navigate to the next document

ctrl-shift-tab navigate to the previous document

ctrl-m find matching tag (end or start)

ctrl-p Calls the print dialog

shift-f8 customize toolbars,shortcuts,snippet shortcuts,script shortcuts

ctrl-f4 edit the current tags attributes (just put your cursor over a tag)

shift-f9 toggle resource pane tabs on and off

shift-ctrl-e Calls the expression builder

shift-ctrl-x Display the special characters pane

ctrl-r find and replace

shift-ctrl-r extended find and replace

ctrl-a select all

ctrl-q repeats the last tag

shift-ctrl-l show/hide results pane

ctrl-3 surrounds the selected text with # signs

shift-ctrl-+ unindent

ctrl-j calls the code templates dialog(for example press : "ctrl-j , j , enter" will give you a javascript start and end tag)
