I think if the operating system is corrupted..we can go to the safe mode and we can try to change our user name and the password.if the user knows the password exactly..it works some time.... or else the user can go to the safemode screen and can go to the last known good configuration can able to change the username and password.. I was worked when i did.. But not sure....

| Re: If the OS is already corrupted how a person can go into mycomputer management & c 1. When system was not in normal mode then its corrupted 2. Window start up takes long time to boot, then its corrupted state 3. Application opening time takes delay means its corrupted. |
