| The long awaited Blu-Ray disks and supported disk drives for PCs are now available. The technology uses a lesser wavelength light that could be focused more accurately and that makes it capable of storing 25 GB of data on single layer against the 4.7 GB on a DVD. Double layered blu-ray disks can store 50 GB of data. Eventually, all the CDs and DVDs will be replaced by BDs in next few years. |
