Arrow Intel or AMD (dual core)

This is the big thing now DC CPUs. But, which one is better? I have been a fan of Intel, but I am thinking about making the move to AMD. The new AMD X2. PCworld ran the new CPUs on the WB5 and well, look at this.

This site is under construction.

At this point in time Core 2 duo still blows AMD out of the water. I used to be a huge AMD fan, but with Core 2 duo Intel resumed its status as king. AMD really needs to come up with something better.. Hands down Intel atm

I've been using AMD for years now. I have no doubt that Intel produces the fastest CPU, but also has the highest price in the market. AMD is not that far from Intel when it comes to performance.
