i have seen some anti virus provides anti virus chest or vault. what is mean or what is these usages?

In most of all Antivirus software having vault or Quarantine.

Vault or Quarantine is a safe environment for management of suspect or infected objects detected during scanning. Once an infected object is detected during scanning, and the Antivirus software is not able to heal it automatically, you are asked to decide what to do with the suspect object. The recommended solution is to move the object to the Vault or Quarantine for further treatment. Manually need to delete moved the object from the vault or Quarantine else wait for a week to make sure your computer is running normally before deleting the viruses in the vault or Quarantine.
