Question Case sensitive comparison in mysql?

Hi all,
Code:
select emp_name from employee where emp_name="Random";
In MySql, the above query is returns the results as,

Code:
Random
random
RANDOM

4 Rows selected
But I want to retrieve the result that contain only the name i gave it in 'where' clause. i.e i want to perform 'case-sensitive' comparison.
How to do?
