Don't mind the title, it's purpose is to just catch attention. As it did have you as you are reading this post right now. I would just want to rant that not all frauds happening in eBay happens from the Sellers side, it also happens at the buyers' side as well. I'm just ranting here as a case just happened to me just recently.
