Between Visa and Mastercard, which would you prefer to use for your online transactions and why? I've encountered some problems with verifying accounts using my Visa before.. What are your experiences?

I have yet to run across a problem with either. Or even a merchant account that didn't accept both. I wouldn't even think of accepting one without the other.

Now, American Express, on the other hand, can be a bit of a pain, and EXPENSIVE, relatively speaking.

well for me ill obviously go for visa because visa is like recognize more than master card and every body accpet its quite easily and for me it is more convinient too

I never had a problem with them yet, and I can say that Visa is probabally better because more people have it.
