I had a customer lie and say their item was not received. Luckily, I had used Paypal's shipping, so I had the proof right there that I had shipped it and that they had received it. I recommend shipping with Paypal whenever possible because it makes it much easier to track.

It did take a month to unfreeze my money while they were investigating though.

i had lost 40 $ in paypal that is bcause they got my account limited which i cant send payment and cant received too they wanting some documents to resolve my account which i cant provide now because of my father is out of city for 8 month

I haven't ever had a problem with paypal. I consider them as the best way to send a receive money online, the most secure one.

I will be watching this thread. I'm going to file a complaint about a certain product that I have bought over the web. I hope that more people contribute on this thread.

I had few problems with paypal like collecting the whole payment as a fee wherein there was no fee payment actually by the site that paid me for click. Later on before my intimation paypal itself contacted me to inform about the wrong transaction and said that they would repay the amount and in 3 days they did pay back the amount that was cut as fee.
