I have a project I’m working on that contains a main timeline on top
and a small time line on the bottom.
The small time line on the bottom will have a black box over it and the black box
will control the movement of the time line on top. (when the box is moved left the time
line moves left..etc)

Also the time line on top has a series of folders that then clicked will reveal information. I assume my best bet would be to transform the folders into movie clips. Yet I still want the time line on the bottom to control the movement of everything

I wish to know the proper code for this action. Also I would like for the slider to move in just one direction which is left and right (basically locked in one place and can’t move up and down)

Do you want to create a timeline to control the movement of your application workspace like to resize the window or split window? Is that the thing you want to do it in your timeline project? Can you provide more information to get the code level solution for this?
