Stop the Refreshing

How can we stop a being refreshed while browsing?

Hi,
If u dont want to refresh a page or browser..Either u can use client side script or use ajax..

i dont know how to stop that but i have an another idea and i tested that working well.

use a server side scripting. and use SESSION object. in session object store the page name with values 0. when u enter that page change the value to 1. then every time you load the page check whether the page value is 0 or 1.

if that 1, just send error message to user.
