can anyone say me the diffrence between java and jsp?

We use the Java language to make JSP pages. JSP Stands for Java Server Pages. The use of them are Servlets, Java Beans, etc.jsp is a java file.
when you run a jsp, the machine (e.g tomcat) will convert your jsp file to a .java file.

hmm... I am amazed by the responses from above. JSP is a scripting language that is mixed up with JAVA + HTML.Java is a programming language lke c,c++. JSP is a web technology which uses Java and HTML.
