Is Apple's Iphone a hype? Many are excited on its forthcoming launching. Iphone is a 3 in one gadget which you can use as a phone, an IPOD and a browser . I have an old XDA II. Except for the IPOD feature, it seems it has more functionalities than the much hyped Iphone.

Time will tell. I'll wait until the 2nd or 3rd generation comes out & prices come down.

I agree with him. I think that the latter iPhones will be better and cheaper compared to the ones previously released. I would like to hold one right now though, just to take a look at it and see its capacity and restrictions.

With iPhone scheduled to be released later in the year, a few other companies have already come out with similar-looking devices. And much cheaper than iPhone's estimated retail price too.

Looks like Apple's got competition
