Default MSN makes their own Backwash

MSN is using their bloggers to find interesting tidbits not found in the mainstream, and submit them via a combo blog/wiki interface into a variety of themed categories, and subscribers recieve updates via RSS, email, or login messages when neat things have appeared. Where have I heard THIS before, Backwashers?
