and does the bluetooth object exchange(obex) has the ability to send audio file..

You can send audio file through Bluetooth OBEX (Object Push) if they are not forward-locked (OMA DRM).

You cannot stream audio via Bluetooth (only use case is when using a headset/carkit)

if you can stream audio via Bluetooth for headsets or carkit, why it is not possible to make it between 2

mobiles that support headset using the same method as the communication between the phone and the headset?
(Phone sends audio to headset “to listen the other person” then gets audio from headset “when speaking”similarly Phone
gets audio from another phone “to listen the other person” then sends audio that phone “to speak”). Is what I say
