What company offers the touch screen technology for mobile phones and hand helds? Is there a company that monopolizes that technology or does each and every mobile company has their own technology advancements for that?

well manily HTC produced touch screen windows mobile fone under different brand name such as Imate , O2,qtek, they are the pioneers in making handhelds devices
