windows 2008 Server clustering

I have two 2008 servers data center (The stand alone server and not part on domain) and FC external data storage. Both server can see the External Storage . I installed the Failover clustering feature. When I go to Failover Cluster Management Console Under Management I do not have and optin to create or validate cluster options.

I do the same issue on the second server.

Can someone tell me why I do not those option available??

Clustering requires that all the nodes in a cluster belong to a domain. Join them to a domain, and you should be able to create a cluster

Thanks!
