You may have a virus that is infecting your Windows recovery files (so everytime they are cleaned, Windows replaces the file with an infected copy). I would suggest going into Safe Mode and run your AV. This may correct your issue.

Download and runCcleaner. It's will get rid of the leftovers of the trojan you installed.

I ran ccleaner, avg and ad-aware and found that the best way to get rid of them was to use ad-aware to trace the root of the problem and then go in and delete the registry entries.
