 Pascal/Delphi in 2k7 I've encountered Pascal and Delphi when I was still a kid. Are there still uses for it nowadays? I know that it is a great compiler, but is it still being used by programmers? If so; for what mainly?      |

| Re: Pascal/Delphi in 2k7 This is good to hear some people still remember a high level procedural language PASCAL. Varients of PASCAL still widely used like Free Pascal, Morfik Pascal, Object Pascal, Turbo Pascal and etc… Morfik Technology introduced a tool which allowed the development of Web applications entirely written in Morfik Pascal. People are still using Pascal for Scientific Calculations, for Game application and for many more. Pascal is a very good high level language even though some experts criticize it. |
