Default How Much Do You Outsource?

Time is money, right? And if you had more time, you'd have more
money?

Outsourcing is the way to give yourself more time, but how much
do you actually do it?

I want to start doing it more and more - reinvesting profits back
into my business as further investment.

A LOT!
Outsourcing is great when you need to cut your spendings by times! My company saves a lot of money thanks to outsourcing.

I would love to outsource some of the work with my websites to a freelancer, but since I have never done that before I am a little uneasy about it.

I'm not sure what kind of sites/budgets you all have and I guess you might be outsourcing to a team of developers, right? I just have two hobby sites and a niche ecommerce site (that I started just recently) that are running on open source CMS. I run them along with some friends, but I am the one doing most of the tech work. I have experience with html, css and mysql. I can fiddle around with php, but I'm not the greatest (I am self taught and rumour has it my teacher was an idiot ). I would like to hire a freelancer to do some of the work that is over my head.

What advice would you give me going forward?
For instance, what should I look out for and what kinds of questions should I ask?

How did you get into outsourcing work, and what problems/successes have you had with it?

Thanks

I don't have the money yet to outsource much of anything so unfortunately it is my time that suffers rather than my wallet. I agree that it's a good practice to use however and it can also help create greater diversity in whichever project you're working on. Different perspectives will make your project more interesting along with saving time.

Yea outsourcing is a good idea if we want to save time. This is earning money without working much but I don't think there is much money compared to other online business.
