How to prepare Bug reportThrough Excel Sheet, or Word format)
for every day build?What are all items it should contain?

Your question was not clear because after executing bulid if any defect exist we logged in bug tracking tool or spreadsheet.

In spreadsheet ,

1. Defect ID
2. Defect description
3. Summary of the bug
4. Severity
5. Priority
6. Detected by
7. Assigned to
8. Version number
9. Status
10. Detected date
11. Attachment
12. Project name

There never a wrong time to do the right thing.

In spreadsheet , we have the project name and version number and we have seperate colums for each of the following items:

1. Defect ID- given by the tester
2. Testcase ID - for which the expected is not achived
3. Defect description - description about the bug
4. Summary of the bug - details of the defect, it would be usefull if u have
the steps to reproduce in this coloumn.
5. Attachment - YES/NO
6. Severity
7. Priority
8. Detected by - testers name
9. Assigned to - developer's or team name
10. Status - new
11. Detected on - date.
