 frames I hate using frames, i dont know why but i have never put a frame in any of my website. Its like a page in a page, eating excessive bandwidth!! What do you think of frames? Do you use them? What for?     |

| Re: frames Frames are old, they are out of date and any site which uses them these days needs a serious over-haul in it's design. It simply isn't done. There are so many better ways to design a page layout avalible now to those with even the simplest coding experience and there is no need to resort to frames. |
