My main site is 95% flash. My second site which I am finishing up is mainly css.

Any reason why you went with flash? Flash is not good for search engines but its not entirley bad if your not worried about ranking well.

Yes, thats the first thing i heard when i was planning on a flash site. Flash sites do look great and interactive, but that makes it difficult for search engine spiders to crawl through the contents.

Its not bad to have a flash banner or a navigation. But the main contents should be in a normal HTML format.

For my original concept flash was suitable. I actually found ways to boost my ranking from 0 to 3 in one month. My next moves will do more. As the business morphed into an unforseen direction I created offshoot sites CSS and flash for them. They will actually help to raise the original sites rankings. Creativity is the key.

I think flash sites are great if they work, but search engines don't like them a lot, it's quite hard to have good results, but since you got them, I don't see anything wrong. If you can put the link here that would be great.

As I said there are ways to work it. I have worked a few and looking to create a few.
